1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that using EMX Prime is legal in your country.

2. Account registration

• Provide accurate, current information at signup and keep it updated.
• Complete KYC verification before requesting a withdrawal.
• Keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting or identity misrepresentation results in suspension.

3. Deposits

• Deposits are accepted in USDT on the ERC20 and BEP20 networks.
• Minimum deposit is $10. Send only from a wallet you control.
• Transfers on any unsupported network cannot be recovered.
• Deposits are credited after manual verification of the on-chain transaction.

4. ROI and payouts

• Daily ROI is credited automatically per your active tier, subject to platform performance.
• Displayed ROI rates are illustrative and not guaranteed.
• We may pause payouts during maintenance, security incidents, or extreme market conditions.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals settle on ERC20 to your saved wallet address.
• Minimum withdrawal is $5. One withdrawal request per 24 hours per account.
• Withdrawals are reviewed manually and typically processed within a few hours.
• We may request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawals.

6. Referral program

Qualifying deposits made by users you refer earn you a 10% bonus, credited to your platform wallet. Self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse voids referral earnings and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited activity

• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or funds from illegal sources.
• Fraud, chargebacks, or reversing on-chain transactions after credit.
• Automated abuse, scraping, or attacking our infrastructure.
• Circumventing geographic or regulatory restrictions.

8. Fees

Applicable withdrawal fees and any network fees are displayed at the moment you submit a request. We may update fees; changes apply to new requests only.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, fail KYC, or are linked to fraud. In such cases, remaining balances may be held pending investigation and returned to the user's verified wallet after review.

10. Disclaimers

EMX Prime is provided "as is". We do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. All investments carry risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMX Prime and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
